COVID-19 Protocol & Recommendations
Last Updated June 2020
Dear Tenants:
As we begin to emerge from the lockdown caused by the Novel Covid-19 pandemic, Improve Wellness has developed new protocols specific to our offices. Additionally, we have developed some recommendations that we believe will help your individual practices. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or additional suggestions.
BUILDING ENTRANCE:
Tenants and their Guest are required to wear face masks while in the Building.
No more than four (4) passengers shall be permitted in the Passenger Elevators at a time.
Building personnel will supplement the Passenger Elevators with the use the Freight Elevator to alleviate congestion during this period.
We request that all full time Tenants use the Building entrance located on the 35th Street and use the freight elevator when possible. This is will help alleviate Lobby congestion during this period. You will need an electronic key FOB for access on 35th Street.
6’ social distancing shall be observed while in the Building Lobby.
Follow floor markings and signage posted in the Building Lobby.
IMPROVE WELLNESS INITIATIVES:
Employees must wear face masks at all times and they have been instructed to wash their hands frequently throughout the day.
Improve Wellness has installed plastic protective sneeze guards at all Reception desks as well as hand sanitizing stations at the elevator landings.
We has adjusted the seating in the waiting areas to promote social distancing.
Disinfecting wipes are placed at the copy/fax machines for your use.
We has contracted with a cleaning service provider who will provide daily disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, cabinets handles, light switches, copier, phone, coffee machine etc.
Our contractors have replaced the filters in all of the heating & air conditioning units servicing the Premises with high-efficiency filters.
We has installed Hands-free soap dispensers and signage encouraging hand washing. Our personnel will perform additional sanitizing and routine cleaning.
RECOMMENDATION TO OUR THERAPISTS:
All Tenants and their Guests are responsible to adherence to Building Management & Improve Wellness protocol.
We encourage Tenants to enact their own protocol for the health and wellbeing of themselves, their patients and those around them.
Tenants should visit https:/www.cdc.gov to review their recommendations and requirements.
Tenants should monitor their Guests general health. If you observe someone with COVID-19 symptoms direct them to medical attention immediately. Tenants and Guests with any symptoms should stay at home.
Tenants should provide their patients with hand sanitizer (at least 60% alcohol), masks and gloves if needed.
Tenants should increase spacing between seating areas.
Weather permitting, open windows to increase ventilation.
Improve Wellness has purchased face masks with shields for Tenants that wish to purchase them. Please see Receptionist for availability.
Stagger arrival times, lunch times and departure times from the Building.
Encourage patients to arrive only at the time of their appointments – not earlier. Schedule appointments so as to eliminate or reduce waiting times.
