BOOKING RULES:
- We offer the following reservation schedule only:
- Monthly (Full Time) License; 24/7 access subject to Holiday Closures.
- Short Term License:
- Day Block – Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm
- AM Block – Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
- PM Block – Monday – Friday 4pm – 9pm
- Minimum office reservation is five (5) hours per week with a four (4) week minimum.
- All reservations shall be paid in full and in advance of the Commencement Date.
- A Security Deposit is required for all Monthly Licensees.
- All Licensees must pay by credit card.
- Upon vacating the office all personal belongings must be removed or they will be deemed abandoned.
Throughout the Term & Renewal Term, Licensee hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following Facility Rules and Procedures:
Building Access. Licensee shall enter the Building using the main entrance located 19 West 34th Street.
Facility Access. Upon entering the Facility please check in with the Receptionist and have a valid identification card available. Licensee shall not be permitted into the Facility at any time other than the dates and times set forth above and defined as the Term and/or Renewal Term.
Facility Holiday Closures. The following is a list of days that the Facility and the Building are closed and no access shall be provided to the Licensee:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day
Please note: if any of the above referenced Holidays shall occur on Saturday, the Improved Wellness Suites & the Building may be closed on the previous Friday as well as Saturday. If any of these Holidays fall on a Sunday, the Improve Wellness Suites & Building will be closed Sunday and the following Monday. Please contact the receptionist with any questions relating to specific dates.
No Smoking. In compliance with the Laws of New York State and the City of New York there is no smoking prohibited in the Facility or the Building at any time.
Minors. No Minors shall be permitted into Improve Wellness Suites without being accompanied by an adult.
Signage. No advertisement or identifying signs, other than provided by Licensor, shall be inscribed, painted or affixed on any part of the corridors, doors, public areas or windows of the Improve Wellness Suites.
Data Wiring. If Licensee requires any special or additional installation or wiring for electric, telephone, data or otherwise, such installation shall only be performed by Licensor’s designated contractor at Licensee’s sole expense.
Photography. Licensee and/or their guests shall not photograph or videotape any occupants of Improve Wellness Suites at any time.
Bicycles. No bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skate boards or other objects with wheels shall be permitted within the Facility and/or Building at any time.
Pets. No dogs, cats or other animals are permitted within the Facility and/or Building except as permitted by New York State law.
Deliveries. All deliveries shall be made through the freight entrance located at 32 West 35th Street. Please advise your vendor of this delivery address when placing orders for delivery. The freight entrance hours of operation are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
Rubbish Removal. Licensor will only remove ordinary everyday business rubbish from the Licensed Office Space. All other rubbish such as crates, boxes, furniture, fixtures or equipment shall be removed by Licensee at its sole cost and expense.
Wi-Fi. Licensor is offering wireless internet service (the “Service”) according to this Wi-Fi Wireless Networking Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) as a free, non-public service to its visitors. All users of this Service hereby agree to the terms of this Policy set forth in this subsection 16. Licensor does not guarantee the Service or specific rates of speed. Licensor has no control over information obtained through the Internet and cannot be held responsible for its content or accuracy. Use of the service is subject to the user’s own risk. Licensor reserves the right to remove, block, filter, or restrict by any other means any material that, in its sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to damage or liability, or may violate this Policy. Licensor may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or wrongdoing as requested. Violators of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service or the termination of this Agreement. The Licensee and/or Service user will use the Service only as permitted by applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. Users are responsible for ensuring they are running up-to-date anti-virus software on their wireless devices. Users must be aware that, as they connect their devices to the internet through the Service, they expose their devices to: worms, viruses, Trojan horses, denial-of-service attacks, intrusions, packet-sniffing, and other abuses by third-parties. Users must respect all copyrights. Downloading or sharing copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited. The running of programs, services, systems, processes, or servers by a single user or group of users that may substantially degrade network performance or accessibility will not be allowed. Electronic chain letters and mail bombs are prohibited. Connecting to “Peer to Peer” file sharing networks or downloading large files, such as CD ISO images, is also prohibited. Accessing another person’s computer, computer account, files, or data without permission is prohibited. Attempting to circumvent or subvert system or network security measures is prohibited. Creating or running programs that are designed to identify security loopholes, to decrypt intentionally secured data, or to gain unauthorized access to any system is prohibited. Using any means to decode or otherwise obtain restricted passwords or access control information is prohibited. Forging the identity of a user or machine in an electronic communication is prohibited. Saturating network or computer resources to the exclusion of another’s use, for example, by overloading the network with traffic such as emails or legitimate (file backup or archive) or malicious (denial of service attack) activity, is prohibited. Users understand that wireless internet access is inherently not secure, and users should adopt appropriate security measures when using the Service. We highly discourage users from conducting confidential transactions over any wireless network, including this Service. Users are responsible for the security of their own devices. Licensor not liable for any damage, undesired resource usage, or detrimental effects that may occur to a user’s device and/or software while the user’s device is attached to the Service. The user is responsible for any actions taken from his or her device, whether intentional or unintentional, that damage or otherwise affect other devices or users of the Service. The Licensee and/or Service user hereby releases the Licensor from liability for any loss, damage, security infringement, or injury which the user may sustain as a result of being allowed access to the Service. Licensor reserves the right to change the Service offered, the features of the Service offered, the terms of this Policy, or its system without notice.
Disclaimer. Licensor reserves the right to amend the Facility Rules & Procedures at any time, without notice provided the same is uniform and nondiscriminatory.
